I Just Read Cloud Atlas, David Mitchell

Cloud AtlasCloud Atlas by David Mitchell

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was my introduction to David Mitchell’s work and I loved it!

A wonderful journey through genres in a collection of individual yet linked stories. Whilst I found the use of Maurie/Maouri dialect in the opening chapter a little hard to start with, the overall journey was a joy.

I’m now reading Ghostwriter and realise there are a lot of links between the two books, so if you haven’t started Cloud Atlas yet, consider starting with Ghostwriter.

A great book, David Mitchell is now one of my favourite authors.
